Living Strong

Helping Mature Women to Live Life to its Fullest

In a culture obsessed by youth, aging can sometimes be seen as a failure. However my older patients tell me a different story. They talk of a time when they are free from the day to day responsibility for their children and able to enjoy their grandchildren. They talk of feeling more settled and less self-conscious. They are women who have always maintained a level of fitness and are reaping the benefits of that investment in their 60′s and 70′s. They are active and contributing to their families and society. In short, they are an inspiration to myself and many of us a generation behind them.
