At the YinOva Center we believe that our most valuable resource is our talented and experienced team of healthcare practitioners.

A large and well-trained group of Chinese medicine practitioners is at the heart of our team. We are all are board certified in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine and between us we cover a range of specialties from gynecology to pain management. Everyone at YinOva treats both male and female infertility, many of us have been trained by Sloan-Kettering in the care of cancer patients, all of us are certified in the treatment of hepatitis C and some of us have a pediatric specialty.

Everyone at YinOva is trained in the YinOva Method which means that they have the expertise to support the programs outlined in Jill’s books, Making Babies and Sex Again, and are experts at integrating Chinese medicine with the other care patients receive.

The Chinese pictogram Ren combines the character for a person with the number 2, representing two people working towards a common goal of health. What can be more life affirming than the opportunity to work with another person in a hands on way as they heal? I consider it a privilege and I love what I do.”

I love that Chinese medicine can fill in the blanks of Western medicine. Often patients come to me having tried “everything”. Finally, they get results with acupuncture and Chinese herbs and then think to use it first for future health concerns. Making a difference for someone who has been struggling to find relief is extremely rewarding.”

The best description of social workers are simply those who help. That is all I have ever wanted to do. As a social worker, I have become particularly focused on helping individuals and families cope with loss– not only loss through death, but also loss of the expectation of how life would unfold. How dreams would be realized. How relationships would evolve. How we would grow old.
I try to help clients cope with loss and, above all, move forward.”
